Get Ready for the Ultimate Chess Showdown: My October 2025 Arena Blitz Tournament!
Get ready, chess fans! I'm thrilled to announce my October 2025 FREE Arena Blitz Tournament on Chess.com, and you're officially invited to battle it out!!
Tournament Details
- When: Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 10 AM PST (1 PM ET). My monthly blitz tournaments always take place on the last Saturday of the month at this time, so you can always plan ahead!
- Format: This is an Arena Tournament. That means continuous, non-stop chess for one hour! Players are automatically paired, aiming to score as many points as possible in rapid succession. No rounds, just pure chess adrenaline!
- Time Control: Get ready for a quick match with a 3 minutes + 2 seconds increment per move.
- Eligibility: Open to all players with a minimum of ten games played on Chess.com. There are no rating restrictions, so whether you're a seasoned master or just starting your chess journey, you're welcome to join. For newer players, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience against a variety of opponents.

- This is NOT a USCF rated event.
- Cheating is strictly prohibited. Chess.com employs advanced detection methods, and any dishonest play will be caught. It's simply not worth the risk.

About Me
Beyond the chessboard, I recently completed a monumental project: one of the world's longest scarves! This black and white masterpiece weighs 75 pounds and stretches over 500 feet. My dream is to display it publicly to inspire others in both the chess and crochet communities.
